TIER ONE COURSES
CLASS ONE-THE LEADER WITHIN
This is a leadership class that is designed to give individuals an accurate understanding of what a leader is and how they are made. True leadership only blossoms when individuals discover and recognize their potential. This class helps to individuals discover that true leadership must be developed from within.
CLASS TWO-WHAT AND WHO IS A MINISTER
This Is a class that provides an introduction to the role, purpose, and responsibilities of a minister within faith-based organizations such as churches. It gives greater insight into the differences between governmental ministries and congregational ministries.
CLASS THREE-THE CALL TO MINISTRY
This is a foundational class designed to help individuals understand, discern, and respond to the spiritual calling to serve in ministry. It details the different ways in which people are appointed to different positions in the ministry. And it also reveals the different ways in which God can reveal a call to an individual.
CLASS FOUR-YOUR RESPONSE TO THE CALL OF GOD
This class is designed to help individuals to process all the mental challenges that come from knowing that God is calling you to do a work for Him and the different ways in which people respond. It focuses on the personal journey of obedience, faith, purpose, and commitment required.
CLASS FIVE-WHO ARE YOU CALLED TO
This is a class designed to provoke individuals to identify the people, communities and purposes connected to their individual spiritual calling. Everyone is not called to stand in the pulpit week after week. This class can help to unlock your passion and reveal the different areas of ministry that God can use you in.
CLASS SIX-THE BIBLE BREAKDOWN
This is an introductory course designed to help students better understand the structure, themes, and purpose of the Bible. It will also give brief history about the origin of the bible and the authors used to write it.
CLASS SEVEN-THE PERSONAL LIFE OF A MINISTER
Individuals called by God need to be mindful of how they conduct themselves beyond their assignments. Therefore, this class is a practical and spiritual course designed to explore the importance of maintaining a healthy, balanced, and disciplined personal life while serving in ministry.
CLASS EIGHT-THE EMOTIONAL HEALTH OF A MINISTER
This class focuses on the emotional well-being, resilience, and inner healing necessary for effective ministry and spiritual leadership. It goes into detail about substantial behaviors for good emotional health as well as incompatible behaviors of emotional health.
CLASS NINE-WOMEN IN MINISTRY
Women are called by God yet there is much confusion and controversy surrounding the subject. Therefore, this class is an empowering and faith centered course that explores the role, calling, contributions and leadership of women in ministry throughout biblical history and modern-day service. A deep historical dive is taken in this class in order for students to gain understanding of the subject at hand.
TIER TWO COURSES
CLASS ONE-INTRODUCTION TO SPIRITUAL GIFTS
This is a foundational course designed to discuss the importance of spiritual gifts how they function and who has them. It teaches what spiritual gifts are and the reasons why people don't operate in their gifts.
CLASS TWO-MOTIVATIONAL GIFTS
This class is designed to help individuals understand their God-given inner motivations that shape how they think, feel, and serve others. It will help students identify the driving force behind behavior and ministry style based on the motivational gifts that they possess.
CLASS THREE-MANIFESTATION GIFTS OF THE HOLY SPIRIT: This is a class that will explore the gifts of the Spirit as described in I Corinthians 12, focusing on how God actively works through believers to edify the church, strengthen faith and reveal his power in practical ways. The manifestation of the Spirit is the visible demonstration of He who is invisible.
CLASS FOUR-CONQUERING J.I.P (JEALOUSY-INSECURITY-PRIDE)
This is a transformational personal growth and spiritual development course designed to help individuals recognize, confront ,and overcome internal struggles of jealousy, insecurity and pride. These three areas are looked at as barriers to healthy relationships, spiritual maturity, emotional stability and effective leadership.
CLASS FIVE-RIGHTLY DIVIDING THE WORD
This class is designed to help students accurately interpret, understand, and apply scripture in its proper context. This class emphasizes careful study, sound doctrine and responsible handling of the word of God to ensure truth is rightly understood, lived out and taught.
CLASS SIX-PREACHING AND TEACHING
This class is designed to equip individuals with foundational skills needed to effectively communicate the word of God. It strongly focuses on the preparation of a message and how that message is delivered because both matter.
CLASS SEVEN-HANDLING CONSTRUCTIVE CRITICISM
When one is in ministry it is imperative that they can handle constructive criticism. This is a class designed to help individuals receive, process, and apply feedback in a healthy and productive way. It's about building emotional maturity, humility and self-awareness while learning how constructive criticism can support growth and improvement in leadership, ministry and daily life.
TIER THREE COURSES
CLASS ONE-LICENSING VS ORDINATION
This is a class designed to help individuals understand the differences, purposes, and processes of ministerial credentials. This class provides clarity on how churches and ministry organizations recognize, affirm and authorize individuals for service and leadership roles.
CLASS TWO-UNDERSTANDING CLERGY ATTIRE
This class is a foundational course designed to educate individuals on the meaning purpose, and appropriate use of clothing and vestments worn in ministry settings. In this class we explore how attire reflects respect, tradition order, and the representation of different types of spiritual leaders.
CLASS THREE-FIVEFOLD MINISTRY GIFTS
In this class we will look at the gifts that Christ gave the church (apostle, prophet, evangelist, pastor and teacher) and how they function. We also explore how God equips the church with specific leadership gifts to build, mature, and unify the body of Christ for effective service and spiritual growth.
CLASS FOUR-UNDERSTANDING BIBLICAL ELDERSHIP
Being an elder is not often understood by many in the church, even by those who carry the title. In this class we explain what an elder is and their qualifications, roles and assignments. We also teach about the responsibility of the congregation to the elders.
CLASS FIVE-AVOIDING ME TOO MOMENTS IN MINISTRY
This class is designed to address sexual immorality amongst kingdom leaders. There have been too many ministry leaders that have fallen and it’s time to address the elephant in the room. This class will reveal reasons why leaders fall. In this class we will emphasize accountability, wisdom, and preventive practices that protect both leaders and the people they serve.
CLASS SIX-CHURCH DISCIPLINE
This class is designed to help students understand the biblical purpose and process of church discipline. This class emphasizes the different steps taken in executing church discipline with restoration always being the motive. It also focuses on accountability and love as the foundation for maintaining spiritual health and unity in the body of Christ.
