A. Christ Centered: Everything we do and teach is Christ centered and
biblically based. The Word of God is the foundation in which we build
upon. We also recognize that life, as a believer, is not about our will,
but about God’s will for our lives.

B. Biblically Based Preaching and Teaching: “Work hard so you can
present yourself to God and receive His approval. Be a good worker, one
who does not need to be ashamed and who correctly explains the word
of truth. Avoid worthless foolish talk that only leads to more godless
behavior.” II Timothy 2:15-16 NLT Therefore, know that we are
dedicated to biblically based preaching and teaching and we are
devoted to correctly handling and dividing the word of truth.

C. Godly Character: The basis for good true leadership is character.
What you do in private is a reflection of one’s true character; not
necessarily what is done in public. As leaders we need to live
consecrated lives. We need to be dedicated to growing spiritually and
walking in moral integrity. Obedience, faithfulness, perseverance,
service and humility are to be modeled by all ministers.

D. Family: Your first ministry is to your family. Don’t become so
consumed with saving the world that you lose your family. One must
have balance. Therefore, we believe positive family relationships are
essential for effective ministry.

E. Servanthood: We recognize that to minister, is to serve, and before
one can become the vessel that God has called them to be, they must
serve and submit to church leadership. Great leaders were first great
followers. No matter how God may use you in the kingdom, always
remain a servant leader.

F. Lifelong Learning: Learning in the kingdom never ends. Remain
teachable and constantly train to enhance your craft. The more you
know and understand God’s Word, the greater God can use you to
serve His purpose. Our dean’s motto is, “Learning is ongoing in the life
of a kingdom leader”.
